FitCamp workouts can be done at home or at the gym and can work for all fitness levels. They generally last 30-60 minutes depending on rest lengths and which day you’re on. When you join you will get a link to download a copy of the October FitCamp ebook which will have all of your info for the month including recipes, workouts, and video links!
