    Hey, y’all! Another week down, another Weigh in Wednesday post to share with you. A few new things going on this week…like the #TakeTheLeap 30 days of yoga challenge with Prana and Fit Approach!     Hey guys! I totally missed last week’s Weigh in Wednesday, didn’t I? Well, I’m back now. So, I don’t own a scale. When we moved I didn’t buy another one because I get so obsessed with checking it every day. Sometimes multiple times a day. I KNOW that’s so not what you should do. I know it.   • Getting back on track

    I don’t know if you’re like me…but long weekends are my kryptonite. Big time. I feel like I fall off the fitness wagon every time the kids have a 4 day weekend. Or longer! That’s completely no bueno. It’s crazy how quickly I can snap into ‘vacation mode’ and decide I need to eat ALL THE THINGS. And then of course we don’t go to the gym. Or workout at home.
