    Here we are at the end of week 3 of the 30 Days of Yoga challenge. Three down, one to go! This week has been a little harder to finish. I did have a few make up sessions after not getting it done the day I needed to.     Hey! We’ve made it through our second week of the #TakeTheLeap 30 Days of Yoga challenge hosted by Prana and Fit Approach! This week Prana changed it up a bit and threw in an extra little 12 day #BringingYogaBack challenge.       Hey guys, do you do yoga? I don’t. Not really anyway. I’ve never really liked it since my very first at home workout dvd was Denise Austin’s Fat Blasting Yoga. That sucked and was hard and she was so smiley and I was just so turned off from yoga for a long, long, time. Only in the back of my mind I always thought it would be fun doing the cool, super bendy, stretch out all your muscles yoga. I just never did.
