January FitCamp! New Year, New You

It’s here! January FitCamp registrations are open! If you’re looking for an affordable challenge to kick start your new year that doesn’t include buying shakes or wraps, consider joining the Girl Meets Fitness January FitCamp.

When you join you’ll receive 4 weeks of workouts, nutritional guidance, recipes, online coaching, and access to a private Facebook accountability group. Sign up now because workouts start January 2nd! All you need to do these workouts is a set of dumbbells (they don’t have to be heavy) and a bench or chair to step up on. They can be done at home or in a gym and can be modified to fit your fitness level.

Registration for the October FitCamp is open. Look up top for the FitCamps tab up top to sign up!

FitCamp workouts can be done at home or at the gym and can work for all fitness levels. They generally last 30-60 minutes depending on rest lengths and which day you’re on. When you join you will get a link to download a copy of the October FitCamp ebook which will have all of your info for the month including recipes, workouts, and video links! You’ll also get a link to join the private Facebook group for October. Sign up now! Registration open through Saturday, Oct 1. Workouts begin Monday, Oct. 3!
