    I’m back! I didn’t really go anywhere, I’ve just been avoiding the weigh ins. I started (and finished) watching seasons 1-6 of Parenthood on Netflix and sitting at the computer binge watching tv shows = sitting at the computer binge eating kid snacks. Dang it. I did spend that time though multi tasking. I half watched/half listened to the show while making NASM CPT note cards. Thanks to a good friend, Jamie, for giving me the kick in the butt that I needed to stop talking myself down and just do it already. So that’s what I’m doing.             You guys…it’s Wednesday! And I almost forgot to weigh in today but I did and guess what. I magically dropped 2lbs. I say magically because after being sick I took a week off of really doing anything, including eating well. Ok, my meals were good. I tried pretty hard to be aware of my meal choices but I definitely fell back into my old snacky ways and didn’t even feel sorry for it. Eek!     Whew, another week down. Time again to link up with Heather, Ash, and Erin for the Weigh in Wednesday link up. I was worried how I was going to do during this long weekend with Valentines day thrown in. I did fantastic! Well, I ended up spending half of it in bed with the flu and didn’t eat so I guess that doesn’t really count. When I was finally able to get up in the morning the first thing I did was jump on the scale (bad I know) just to see. I dropped 4lbs over the weekend.
